Outside of work, I am involved in non-profit work and enjoy adventure including scuba diving, shooting, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Waldina (Wally) E. Smith, CPA*

Wally received her BS and Masters in Science in Micro Biology from Michigan State University and then became a microbiology teacher at the University of Tampa when she moved to Florida. She obtained a BS in accounting from the University of Tampa and then became a Florida licensed CPA in 1993.

Wally worked with GTE Communication Services as a billing manager until GTE was acquired by Verizon. She then became the manager of the East Pasco County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) for ten years before joining forces with Larry Shrewsbury.

Jayne Haire, CPA*

Hello! I am Jayne Haire. I received my BS in Accounting from Florida State University and I am a Florida licensed CPA. As an accountant I have worked primarily in government sector as an auditor and in the finance office overseeing grants, budget and bookkeeping. I am excited to branch out to the private sector and look forward to assisting you with your financial needs.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and spending much time in the Florida sunshine.

Kathy O. Smith

Kathy began her career in banking, specifically Commercial Lending workout/recovery consulting with distressed businesses. She switched to manufacturing as a Purchasing Manager/Operations Manager for International and National HVAC companies in the Northeast. She moved from central New York to Edgewater, Florida, in 2012 with her family and has been the Chief Financial Officer of a privately owned Home Health Company.

Kathy has over 25 years of bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience, with the unique knowledge of running and assisting businesses with their challenges.

Besides spending time with family, her hobbies include gardening, fishing, reading, and hiking.
